Xanth's arrival on Earth was an accident, the result of a young but powerful girl fleeing an arranged marriage and a tyrannical father. Mistaken for a goddess and arriving just in time to prevent the mass extinction of the two dominant species, it didn't take long for Xanth to settle into the role.

Twelve thousand years later, Earth is no longer ruled by dragons and the humans have forgotten the six races hidden across the Outer Realms... forgotten, too, Xanth and her laws.

Co-existing silently with a race that doesn't acknowledge its existence, Elysia and its peoples have thrived under Xanth's guidance.

Elysian Fields is an original forum-based realistic fantasy RPG set in a diverse dimensional complex that includes present-day Earth and several others.

There are six different species to play including vampires, Nymphs and Dragons with a wide spectrum of abilities and Elysian creatures to interact with. In addition to roleplay, there's always some form of out-of-character activity running and we have a lovely, friendly staff to welcome you. ^-^
