Title #1

This is my latest journal CSS, Simple Summer Colours, to match my Simple Silver and Simple Rose. It doesn't use any images, only a combination of pretty summer pastels to make what I hope is a nice looking journal.

Title #2

I've been working on this for a few weeks now on and off so hopefully I haven't missed anything. It's currently only been tested in Firefox 3 but there's no saintly reason I can think that it shouldn't work in other browsers.

Title #1 again

The HTML should be fairly simple to use. :) The links in the menu here don't go anywhere because they're just to show you how they work. I've also drastically reduced my stamp collection just to show you what your own will look like if you have one. :)

I haven't had time in the last several months to do any features so this one's pretty huge.

Featured Deviant

:iconooangeliceoo: ~oOAngeliceOo has a gallery full of beautiful digital and mixed-media art but it was her dolls that really caught my attention. Animated or not, they show a superb attention to detail, shading and colour that really brings them to life and makes me want to fave every last one of them! ^__^

Think Small

Dolls are gaining more popularity and attention, I think (in no small part thanks to our gallery director, ^ShoneGold's efforts) but I feel as a small-canvas doller that my niche is slightly overlooked and underrated.

Rather than complain about this (too much, at least xD), I thought I'd feature a few of my favourite small-scale dolls to show what dollers can do with such small canvasses and how amazing these masterpieces can be!

Featured Basemaker

:iconwish04: has some lovely bases in a variety of sizes and poses (not to mention a cute gallery). Be sure to read her rules before use!

Adopting/Using my Work

Apology
I just wanted to apologise for not responding to my favers/watchers/commenters. I'm loathe to make a global thank you because I much prefer the personal touch but unfortunately I've been sicker than usual this last month or more with no end to this slump in sight. Rather than continuing to wait, with the intention of sending thank yous when I'm healthier, I decided it would be better to at least let you all know that I really do appreciate your comments and faves. ^^

So, thank you. And here's hoping I'll be up to saying that more personally soon. XD

Using My Work
I didn't really think I'd have to say this because my work isn't all that popular but there you go.

Not all of the work on this account is for you to take.

I put a lot of effort into creating avatars and CSS for people to use and even take the time to put those pieces into special categories in my gallery so they're easy to find and pick out from the stuff that's not for the taking. On every single piece I put a bolded line at the very top of the Artist's Comments to say whether or not it's for use by you of if it's purely for my enjoyment.

And yet I've still got people taking stuff that was never intended for use by anyone but myself, art of my original characters that clearly say "not for adoption".

If you want free avatars, wallpapers, dolls or CSS, you can find the adoptable stuff in the Avatars, Wallpapers, CSS or Adoptables categories of my gallery. Otherwise, please keep your mitts off or I will report you for copyright violation.

Respect the Artists.

If you are one of those lovely people who remember to :+fav: and credit my work while using it, then thank you from the bottom of my heart. ^^ I love making things for other people to enjoy and use so I immensely dislike having to get out the book just to throw it at people. It means a lot to me when I see people following my rules.

*neko-rulz Contest
*neko-rulz is having a contest with four separate categories and four separate chances to win her lovely art. I plan to enter. ^^ How 'bout you?

Spread the Love
I'm taking a leaf out of =beblue's book to encourage all deviants to spread the love - by sending Daily Deviation suggestions to the Gallery Directors. You can find a list of who's responsible for what on the *stafflist and before you make the same mistake as me by not explaining your reasons for suggesting, check out this stamp!

Elysian Fields
Elysian Fields is a realistic fantasy RPG set in and around a dimension not unlike Earth. You can find out more here or on our website here.

Zodiac Project
I've lost track of which zodiac dolls I've done and which still need doing, so here's a tracker, mostly for my own personal use. However, if anyone wants to request which of the remainder I do next, feel free to comment to this journal. ^^

Contest Win
Dude, I won. :O I'm not sure how that happened but I won ^cooley's CSS design contest. That's so cool! :excited:

:hover Maze
`thespook is a coding god. I mean, seriously. Check out this maze he made purely with HTML and CSS. Freaking genius! :faint:

:iconmilkbun: Milkbun's art has an adorably charming quality and always manages to evoke sympathy and the "awwww" factor whether she's finding new ways to kill toast or drawing happy families. Her artistic skills include dolling and pixelling as well as toki-making and of course her endearing vector wallpapers. Definitely worth a look!

Narcissism
Here are a few of my favourites from my recent submissions. I know it's the height of egotism to feature oneself in one's own journal (and probably pompous to use the "one" pronoun in this day and age ¬.¬ ) but dA is about showing off your work, after all...
