On the Beach Skin

Ahhhhhhh, I've been sitting on this for what seems like forever! (Two weeks is forever, right? XD) Meant for release as part of EF's third anniversary celebrations (we're having a beach party in August), I was originally going to make it the default skin on August 1st, but we have so many things happening through July and August that I decided I wanted to stagger the release of them a little bit.
