Chelsea at the Prom

We don't have proms over here in the UK (we have dances but I suspect most of them are just cheapo versions of the prom if the dances at my school were anything to go by...) but I'm fascinated by how important they are in American culture. Also... pretty dresses make for good dolls. >D
